Beware!!!

It appears to be AMLI's business
practice is to replace all the carpet
after each resident moves out and
stick the former resident with the
bill. Even if the carpet really
doesnt need to be replaced. I know
of other AMLI locations that this
has happened at as well. When you
move out you should plan on loosing
all your deposit and getting a
very large bill!!
Also, the office staff refused help one of
my neighbors when she accidently locked
herself out in extreme temperatures and
snow in the middle of the winter. She was outside with no coat or gloves and her toddler was inside crying. After calling
the staff for help multiple times she
finally had to call the fire dept. to
break in. (she borrowed a neighbors cordless
phone)
It looked like a good place from a distance
but looks can be deceiving.
