This has been by far the worst managed complex i have ever encountered. They lure you in with the fancy exterior and spacious interiors..but you will be in for a ride. The apartments are very poorly constructed and maintained. If you look at it from a value/price perspective, you are better off living in a cheap run down motel.
In addition to the extra carpet charges (no idea what they were for-we had no children or pets), extremely unhelpful staff (the people you want to talk to are always out-suspicious) and an even worse manager, prepare to spend a lot of time on the phone with the maintainence staff. Also beware of what you sign..apparantely they lose relevant docs and replace them with unsigned documents claiming something you never agreed to (remember Indiana is an extremely renter friendly state)....I can go on and on but alas you get the picture. Here are some alternatives....Sunblest or Sunlake (your choice)
