The staff wrote that great review above. This place is awful. The management turnover is unbelievable. Paint is peeling from the buildings, there are MAJOR plumbing/flooding problems in at least two buildings that I know of...staff refuses to fix permanently.
I also had problems with the staff wanting me to turn in flood damaged items to my own insurance company, when THEIR water pipe busted, leaking water into three apartments (shorted out the garage door next door).
