Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The apartment staff was fine while living, although the new high-school flunkie manager they have is a complete jerk. However, after moving out, they followed AMLI practice and claimed the carpet needed replaced because of water damage. Keep in mind, on the FIRST day we lived there, the washer broke and flooded the entire place. If you live here now, get an attorney. If you are looking, RUN RUN RUN!!! This place is the most deceptive place out there!!!
