They screwed us on the carpet. They claimed it was new when we moved in. When u move in, note the age of the carpet on your forms, make a copy for your records too. The way they screwed us (about 700 dollars) makes me sick. The better business bureau should run them out of town. I agree with an earlier post about the office people, the lady is fat and the guy is a flamer.
