The staff of this place is unbelievably bad. Have a bank error' Don't worry, they'll treat you like a common criminal and threaten you with eviction proceedings. Need work done on the apartment' Cross your fingers--maintenance has a habit of not showing up on time, if at all.
There is 0.0 customer service at this place. From the day you move in, you will feel as though you are "lucky" they let you live here. All while you're paying them.
DON'T MOVE HERE. Read the rest of the reviews about this place. Don't fall for their sales pitch, which is the 100% focus of their entire job. They don't care about the residents. I'm getting out ASAP when my lease is up. Can I give negative stars for staff'
