Depends on your priorities....

I've never lived at an apartment complex that has outstanding service. Sometimes you have to ease your expectations when there is limited staff and many residents all requesting the same thing. Remember, you are renting.
I've had a couple of emergencies and they were dealt with promptly. My apartment was clean when I moved in, but the carpet was torn in places.
Your insurance is lower as well because of the lower crime rate. However, your energy bills are high. I pay $200 (not including water and sewage) in the winter for a 2 bedroom, but such is the nature of less than perfectly built apartment homes. I have not found many apartments that are "well built and well insulated".
The pool is wonderful and packed with people in the summer and the workout room has improved, but has limited equipment for as many residents that like to use it. There is only one elliptical trainer and usually a wait, as it is preferred among all of the women.
I can't say I would tell anyone to live here, it really depends on their priorities. Nice location, spacious apartments, higher utility bills (no one has lived under me and they keep the heat off so it makes my apartment cold), good schools, above average safety, average response on apartment issues, prompt response on emergencies, office is usually open to work out any issues (it all depends on how you approach people, remember they are human and want respect just like you do).
Things have changed in the past month. They have added new exercise equipment. Thank you! And those with dogs now have the doggy poo posts with bags and a trash can. The rent went up, but is back to normal again according to apartmentguide.com.

Being subscribed to updates here really makes this look fishy. The previous negative review was submitted like 15 minutes before this one. Granted, it's not a 100% review, but it still looks like artificial padding of the results by NTS staff to me.

I'm not NTS! Call them and you will see that their mindset is focused on business, not the customer.
