We wish we could move, but aren't willing to give these people any more money. The staff is rude and lazy. We remember when the sidewalks were shoveled after snow, when salt was put down on ice, when the maintanence staff didn't leave trash in the yards and actually completed repair properly and in a timely manner. This NTS staff is awful.

From what I hear from our neighbors, you only have a good experience if you never complain about a problem. Once you call (and call and call) to have a repair made to your apt. you get put on the bad list and they no longer treat you with respect.

Someone from NTS corporate should get their hands on this place, unless they are just as bad. The turnover is terrible, but I think I would rather have a revolving door of people than the staff that currently manages the property. It looks great from the outside but that's about it.

We are anixously awaiting for our lease to be up.

I so agree with everything you said. I just came in from getting my mail and fell and landed on my back,hit my head. I hope I can get somewhere with NTS corporate office. I have the Number for all who can't get anywhere with the office at Conner Farms.502-426-4800
