When we first moved into Conner Farms the office staff was polite, the area was clean, our maintenance requests were always answered. Within the past six months upon our move out we have completely changed our opinion of Conner Farms. Not only is it impossible for one of the office staff to return your calls, they charge you with ridiculous prices for things such as paint and cleaning. We even tried to talk to the people who work there to work something out, but the would have nothing to do with it. They also returned a call regarding these matters weeks after I had called to talk about our move out so we did not even get a chance to figure out what the costs were going to be. Then to top it off, they lied to my husband saying I had signed something stating the prices and when I brought this up they quickly said that they never stated this. I asked three or four times to get the name of management above this site, but they would never let me have a number, so I'm going to be doing the exploring myself. Whatever you do, don't ever live here if you expect to have half-way decent respect from the office staff. We also had a broken thermostat the entire winter and would ask numerous times to have it fixed and each time someone came, they said they fixed it, but we always struggled with heat and had monstrous heating bills.

Here is the # I too had the same problem with getting the #.502-426-4800 they will give you Gabriel's # here in the Indiana area. She was very great and listened to what you had to say and needs to know how the office staff is doing.

I had the same problems. We got a lot of silly charges on our move out, and the office staff never did a walk through when we moved in. If they did, prehaps they would have realized that the carpet stains, etc. were there when we moved in. We complained, but all we got was a generic letter that I believe they send out when they get complaints. It looked like they just copied and pasted our names in.
