I appreciate the recent pet notice that placed a high dollar penalty to those repeat offenders. In my area alone it has gotten better 10-fold. And a special thanks to Sara for always putting up with me when I have an issue. She is really helpful with getting my packages (my brother has an online shopping problem), following up with my questions and making sure things are taken care of when I ask.
I really like the new website too. It makes it super easy for me to put in work orders from my job, instead of sneaking off to make a call.
Oh, and I agree, must be a lot of haters in the complex because I have been treated very well, time and time again.

Yeah. they handle packages so well that they sent most of my Christmas packages back to amazon without notifying me they had even arrived. Merry Christmas.

I wish there was some way for this place to check the IP addresses of these "people" before they let them post. This place is obviously just creating new accounts to pad their score. 5/5 on everything? Give me a break. It's downright hilarious.

I so agree with you, I find it kind of funny when a bad post goes up all these good ones come on after. If only the office staff would look at the complaints and try to do a better job at resolving the so many unhappy people then trying to get friends or make up new accounts to post positive false reviews.
