I just wanted to say that I had a bad move in experience but over the past few months it has been a complete turn around. Since January the office girls have been keeping me informed of what is going on and the maintenance guys have been actually doing it. I was reluctant to sign a new lease, but I have to say my reservations are gone. I am getting my carpets cleaned and new lights (I think) and my rent only changed a small amount. It's not the money really, it was a service issue, but it really has gotten better. I think they listened to what we had to say and actually followed through.
I am shocked to say this (because it was pretty rough for a while) it is a very nice neighborhood. I am actually referring a co-worker to move in.
