I've lived in this apartment complex for 5 years now, and I'm done. It was okay when it was AMLI, but ever since it's been taken over by Conner Farms, the service has been horrible. We've had chronic issues with our apartment that we've reported more than 5 times. Each time a new maintenance person comes to check out the problem, and we never hear from them again. We've even reported these issues to the leasing office manager and nothing has been done. I don't have time to call several times per week, and expected the issue to be resolved once it was reported - not just forgotten.
The community used to be dog friendly, but now threatening letters are sent out to all dog owners - even those who diligently pick up after their pets. Dog waste stations were installed when NTS took over, but it takes months for the bags to be refilled when they run out. We were told that all dogs had to be crated for the "spring inspections." Instead of boarding my dog, I took the day off when the inspections were supposed to occur. Surprisingly, the maintenance man DID visit our apartment that day - but he was only in our aparment for 2 minutes total. Some inspection.
The apartments are roomy and the floor plans are very well thought out, but the service is horrible. You can find other complexes that are just as nice with a better maintenance and office staff.
