I have had a very pleasent experience here so far. It is nice to walk into the clubhouse and the girls know my apartment number and name. Whenver I have a package, I don't have to even hand them my slip, they walk on back and get it for me.
With the parking lot, they did not say it was being repaved, they said sealed, which it was. However, the manager just told me last week that they are doing touch ups and redoing the striping because it looks pretty bad. She also said they are beginning a gutter project this month.
I can hear through the walls, and the parking is odd for me because my door is the backside of the building, so I do have to walk a bit. But I honestly had had a really good experience so far. I have heard of others having maintenance issues, but I have been lucky with really nothing so far.
I feel for the disgruntalled, but it's been good for me
