My husband and I have lived at Conner Farms for about 3 years now and have had very little to complain about. This is a very quiet community and very family oriented. Any trouble with maintenance has been fixed within 24-48hours, and the staff is always very helpful in the main office. They are always willing to go out of their way to help us all they can. The neighbors are all pretty quiet. The grounds are nice and are frequently updated with new landscaping. The pool, work-out room, and tennis courts are clean, in good condition, and not too crowded. The area is very safe and I feel completely comfortable walking around at night by myself. It's also in a great location. I think that might be my favorite part...both marsh & kroger are right across the street-there's several gas stations within a block radius of our community and we're about 15-20min to Castleton Mall, The Fashion Mall, as well as Clay Terrace Mall. I like that we aren't extremely close to all the traffic right off Allisonville & 465 or I69, but are close enough to reach them easily to get downtown or to other parts of the city. Overall it's been a great place to live and everytime we think about moving we have a really hard time finding a place this nice & safe for the money. I think that we'll be staying here until we get a house.
