I don't agree with the negative hype this place has. If you look at it in comparison to other complexes, even ones only in Fishers, it really does surpass the competition. I moved in a few months ago and have had no issues. I actually got on here to complain about where I moved from because they kept my deposit and charged me extra for inconceivable damages. I have been delighted to read the monthly newsletter, I love the resident events and my view is lovely. Maybe I am a bit optimistic but I think that this is quaint and cozy place and for around $700 what more can you ask for' I even saw the someone from the office cleaning up poo from outside my building. I am guessing she didn't like it but she smiled and waived as I went by. I was impressed
Anyway, I would recommend this place if you asked me.
