The management staff are about as dumb as door knobs. The property manager lives onsite and doesnt seem to care about any of the tenants nor does she seem to know how to resolve any problems in the complex. There are atleast 2-5 apartment emergencies a day. The emergencies would consist of you having no heat or air conditioning it either feels like a sweat box or an ice box. Flooding appears to happen quite often i always see the water extracting guy in the complex. Your water heater will most likely break down, a few of my neighbors have had that happen i can only imagine the rest of the complex. There is no courtesy officer onsite. Many cars have been keyed in the complex which forces you to spend extra money and get a garage. The apartment i live in is not worth the money i pay. This place is turning into a dump/ghetto aparment complex. Ivy (property manager)is a very immature 24 year old who has no idea what she is doing and doesnt have any business being the property manager . The apartments appear to be nice at first until you move in and thats when all the problems start. I would never even think about renewing my lease or even recommending this place to anyone! I can't wait to move out!!

Looks like someone is a lil jealous...lol.. This place is fine and Ivy is very attractive. Perhaps the person who has to put down Ivy is not very attractive and wishes she could look like Ivy does.

nothinford, I'm sorry, but you backing up someone with intelligent responses is an obvious joke and this is coming from someone who supports the staff at Conner Farms. Jealous, "hater" (street language) and attractive are not a good basis for supporting business and you keep posting these same statements over and over, month after month. I really think you are just embarrassing yourself and Ivy.

First of all everything in the review is true and thats why "nothinford" could only come up with "Ivy is very attractive." Now what does that have to do with the problems in the complex?! That's extremely childish and pathetic. the management staff needs to be replaced with experienced people who know solutions to the problems that they are having.
