I actually really enjoy the feeling you get in the neighborhood. It feels like its very own little town. I have been here for several years, and when I see the trees get larger and complex actually look better than it has when I first got here, I am happy to have friends over to play cards and to chat. I have the coziest apartment out of all my friends and I love showing it off. I just got a new dishwasher, they clean my carpets whenever I ask, and I have the most pleasent conversations with everything that works here and walks their pets outdoors. I hope everyone gets a place to live like this. I am not leaving unless they make me.

I agree the neighbors were awesome. I was dissappointed in the heating systems as in others statements I was not the only person who kept my heat at 65 all winter and it was hundreds of dollars due to the innefficient systems. I would never live here again. There MUST be an efficient home with great neighbors...and I found it. My new 3300 sq ft home costs me about $400 less per month all year round including all utilites...and I don't have to freeze. My elderly dog no longer shivers all the time and my paralyzed cat is no linger in pain due to poor quality systems through out my home. I must mention I am in a custom home, no prefab half assed anything!!
