This place is the WORST place I have ever lived. There is always something broken and it takes forever to get is fixed, and that is only if you call to report it a few times. And half the time they don't fix it at all they just give you a line about a part they replaced and you are lucky if the part makes it work for a week. It took us 9 weeks to get a new dryer, we had our air conditioning broken 2 times for a week each time and the heat and hot water are run together so you can either have heat on OR a hot shower but not both at the same time. The office girls are useless and don't call you back when they are "checking" into a maintenance request and there are 4 of them working there! There aren't even that many maintenance guys! The only good office person was Sara and she got promoted and moved. Good for her! There is always dog crap all over the place! The rent is super high also. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Yeah, and they falsely inflate their ratings on this site to try to hide the poor reviews, too. I wholeheartedly agree with the above poster. Do not move here.. if you do live here, prepare to pay when you move out (no, you will NOT get your deposit back and it's not worth your time/money taking them to court). Complete rubbish.
