i lived on martin pike. the apt i had reminded me of a beach hotel i stayed at in tampa on family vacations. the patio space was helpful to relax at night, all in all it helped me feel at ease. never once had a problem with noise from within the complex. a few ignorant visitors but nothing more. April in the office helped out with anything i needed and was even a fun person to stop in and say hello to. they were even nice and accomidating when they found out i had my cats without informing them. its a little outta the way being in far northeast fishers. 116thst trafic on I-69 can be a pain but all in all worth the money. its been a lil over a year from the last time i lived there and im currently looking for another place to rent. if the location is ok with my roomate then i think ill look into them again.
