The apartments are affordable for the Fishers area. I am very surprised by their size and storage space. The 2 porches are great and hard to find elsewhere. the up stairs apartment can get very warm so air conditioning needed to be turned on earlier than I would have liked. The apartment was very nice and clean when I moved in and maintenance was quick to fix any problems that I had. The staff was great when I was going through the application process. They were very helpful and pleasent to work with. Noise hasn't been much of a problem. If you get an apartment near the highway expect to hear the traffic all the time. Parking can be difficult if you have company and your apartment is not near the visiter parking areas. Overall, it's a nice complex if you are looking for just the basics. It seems safe and pretty well maintained.

Do you live up front and if yes do you see those kids who swarm at the coke machine up there, haha, like it's the "place to be" or something..I don't know, I guess I find it amusing how the coke machine attracts a swarm of tweens....
