My entire living experience here has been one huge noise disturbance. I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbors' apartments...and I mean everything. There was always something not working...not to mention a serious bug and ant problem that never was resolved despite countless "treatments" by a pest control company. I'm moving when my lease term, is up this fall!
