I would NEVEr and I mean NEVER recommend this community. I hated it hear. The staff in the office barely seems to know what is going on. If you ask two different people the same question, you may get three different answers. They are by income and they don't seem to know even how their own paperwork works.
Maintenance is terrible. One guy is particularly RUDE. He is gray hair with glasses. Cusses and gets away with it even when brought to corporates attnetion.

Um that guy is not rude at all, my air broke the other week and they were out within the day to fix it and they were also polite... Maybe its just, well, not maybe it is just you... and dont say i work here or anything cause i dont, I've lived here for 5 years and never had a problem, how about moving....
