It is a great community, my neighbors were nice I never felt threatened in any way what-so-ever. There are a lot of kids and can get noisy at times. They need better door locks though because I woke up to the maintenance guy in my apartment more than once because they didn't think i was home and were changing the filter on central air unit. The leasing office couldn't get it together and if you asked two different people a question, you got two different answers. But I would reccomend the apartment because it was cheap and they are nice apartments.
