i lived in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for about 13 months. (upstairs) don't get me wrong, the apartment was nice but all appliances were extremely outdated. there is definatly a lot of children out when the warm seasons hit. if you don't like kids don't move here. with all the children running around i have yet to see any parents out watching their kids. office staff does not know what they are doing. every time i walked in there they acted like the question i asked was something they've NEVER heard before and they look at me like i'm an idiot. the only nice thing they did for me was having me not pay the rest of the month in which i was moving out in. my last day was September 5th. and they tried and make me pay the full September rent. NO!! i had some broken doors, that i completely paid for, i ended up moving out 3 months after i paid for them and the maintenance still has yet to put the new ones in. told me it was going to take about a week, ya! try more like 12. speaking about maintenance, that's another one. make sure you can HEAR the doorbell because these maintenance guys do not hesitate to think you are not home. there's been numerous times where i've woken up and there's one of the guys in my house, scaring the crap out of me! besides with the inspections they don't really give you any sort of notice that someone is going to be in your house. doesn't make me feel safe at all. and speaking about safty, the attics are all connected, obviously. but what people don't know is that those boards seperating the two apartments are not sturdy at all. there was a break in a while ago. Some kid climbed through the attic, knocked down the wall and went into the neighbors and stole. now, how does that make me sleep at night'' since i was upstairs the neighbors below me, when they shut their door it shook my whole living room. but i moved and might i add, THANK GOD! no more expections every three months, and no more random people in my house. (maintenance) i believe i ended up paying way to much for what i got. i do not recommend these aparments.
