I highly recommend Deerbrook Apartments. My fiance and I have lived here almost a year now and we absolutely love it! We have the smaller of the 2 beroom apartments and think is has great appeal. The walls have nice anlges to them, you get your own private entrance, a nice size balcony, very large walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer in it?s own room, a kitchen pantry, dishwasher, fireplace, large windows, 2 bathrooms, free covered parking, ample parking for visitors, no monthly pet fee, very friendly and helpful management and great neighbors.

Deerbrook feels like a little community. We have met a lot of people here, and made some great friends. When we first came here to look, we talked with about 5 different residents all from different buildings and every single person said they loved it here.

We feel very safe here, there are plenty of lights in the parking lot and on every building, in all the walkways and at everyone's door. There are also two police officers who live here and maintain a safe environment for all of us.

The Deerbrook staff encourages you to make your apartment feel like your home; you are welcome to paint, and decorate your balcony and entrance with plants and things so it really doesn?t feel like apartment living.

Maintenance is there the same day you call or the very next morning. Anything we have ever called them over for was fixed promtly. Things get done right at Deerbrook; and the staff honestly cares about their tenants.

When we first moved in everything was perfect. The carpets were shampooed, there was a fresh coat of paint on the walls, the lightbulbs were replaced, it was thoroughly cleaned and checked over before we even walked in the door.

You will feel at home here, and you will be able to save your money because this is the greatest place to live in Fishers for the money. You are throwing your money away anywhere else. Trust me! We have looked everywhere and we are staying here! Plus it is in the best location! Marsh, Starbucks, Costco, Target, Menards, great dining and so much more is all right here!
