I am a repeat resident at Deerbrook. I lived in a one bedroom for 2 years and then was relocated with my job and now I am back in a two bedroom and just renewed my lease for another year. The relocation was such an easy choice because the office staff was still there which are the best! Plus, living at Deerbrook once before I knew the location, price, all that you get and how nice the staff is that there was no other place to live.

You have to believe me when I say it doesn't get any better than this. I underwent surgery in the past year & the maintenance & office staff helped me take out my trash, drop off my mail, picked up my rent check and even picked up groceries for me! Assisted me in everyway possible. No where else(believe me I lived at other places before)will you get treated with more respect than from the staff here. I cannot thank them all enough. They really went out of there way & continue to do so. Every year I receive a personal Christmas gift from them.

Any problems that arise in my apartment the staff fixes immediately.

Anyone looking for a great place to live should live here.
