I have lived at Deerbrook for about 5 years and think it is great. The management staff are always very helpful and maintenance is always done quickly. The apartments have a lot of room and come with great amenities like the full washer and dryer and carport which are extras everywhere else as is the fireplace. I would highly recommend anyone moving here. The outside areas are kept well and the management does alot to deter animal owners from not picking up after their pets (ie fines).
