There are good and bad things to each apartment complex, but overall I'd have to say this one has been pretty good. There are many nice things included with monthly rent, such as a washer/dryer and a carport. You get a pretty good size balcony/porch. The community is the quietest one in which I've lived. The experiences I had with the staff were positive for the most part.

Drawbacks include not having cable hook-ups in every bedroom; appliances are outdated; my dryer needed maintenance multible times; the drains seem to clog up pretty easily; carports, though free with each apartment, aren't always as conveniently located to your apartment as you would like -- many times I chose to park in uncovered parking.
