Awesome place to live!

I just signed another 12-month lease at DeerBrook--I would recommend it to anyone! The only complaint I have is the electric bill in the winter months... However, the office staff is fabulous, the maintenance guys are knowledgable and quick, and the location couldn't be better! I looked around and couldn't find all the amenities that I have for the price that I pay. It's worth it!
