This is the third Fishers apartment complex I have lived in and it is the best by far. The office staff is amazing...they try their absolute hardest to please and have never let me down. I really can't say enough about the outstanding staff. The apartments are old, and I'm sure a renovation can't be far off, but this place is still the best option in Fishers. For the few times I have needed them, the maint staff has always fixed my problems immediately and is always friendly. You also won't find a nicer pool in this area. I have lived here one year and am getting ready to sign another lease. Although I would like to get a house one of these days, I'll be living here until that happens. Shop around if you'd like, but I would strongly encourage you to read the reviews about other complexes in Fishers. Other apartments might be aesthetically nicer on the interior, but don't be fooled....your living experience is worth a lot.
