Leaving after two years - nice place

I've been a resident for two years and am leaving this June (mostly for convenience reasons than anything else) but I enjoyed my stay at Deerbrook - it is a quiet, nice place that worked well for me for my time there.
Parking was adequate. Each unit has it's own carport but some are further from the building than the non-covered spots. Mine was fine but more of an FYI than anything else.
As I said above I never had noise issues or complaints. The pool and common grounds were well kept however the playground area and tennis courts were not - they were broken down and wasp-infested so if you're a parent (as I am) you'd have to leave the site for a playgound-type area.
I never had any safety concerns for myself or my kids - they routinely played out in the common areas with no issues. The construction and related items were a bit dated but still functional although they are replacing older units with new appliances, etc. as they reach end-of-life.
The two maintenance calls I had were resolved quickly and on the first time and the office staff was always friendly and remembered my name despite my being in the office less than five or six times over the course of two years.
Overall Deerbrook was a good place to live for the time I was there and is a great value for their location and amenities provided.
