Granted...I moved here from the worst apartment complex ever so anything would look good after the last year I had. But for all my hatred of apartments, I don't think I could be more pleased with this complex. I searched high and low all over Indianapolis for an apartment with a washer/dryer who wouldn't hit me up for a bunch of fees and this complex is an reasonable as they come. They pay water, sewer, trash. They are all electric. You get a free carport and a washer/dryer. Plus, after the pet fee of $200, which seems common in all complexes, there is no monthly pet rent. Basically, your rent is the price you pay to take advantage of all the amenties. There isn't even a deposit for the gym key.

These apartments are very nice. They look well-kept and neat. The floorplans, especially for the one bedrooms are a tad ackward. The smallest one has a narrow living room and the bigger one bedroom has an odd dining room that seems like an afterthought, but they are totally workable. This is a very quiet complex, and after coming from an apartment where I could hear alarm clocks through the floor, I feel like I live in a vacuum. I don't hear ANYTHING from other apartments and people don't blast music in the parking lot. It seems like more young, professional, twenty or thirty something people live in the complex. The pool is very active, as in the workout room, but not unpleasantly so.

If you are looking for a decent, quiet, nice neighborhood, then I would recommend this complex. It's a nice place to call home.
