I have only lived here for about a month now, but so far I am very pleased. After living in an expensive "luxury" apartment in Indy for 3 years, I wanted to find a place just as nice and safe but for less money. I searched endless hours in Indy, Carmel and Fishers and this is the best deal I found...The apartments are definitely a little older and could use some outside touchups but overall are very well kept. The floorplans are bigger than average. The price includes a full size washer/dryer and carport which you won't find anywhere else! The office staff has been very kind and helpful during my move in.
