This is a great apartment complex. I have never had a decent apartment experience until I moved here. I live in a one bedroom and I have to say that my favorite features are the washer/dryer, the huge closet and bathroom, and the kitchen which is bigger than most and has a passthrough and a pantry. The apartments are totally quiet and safe. I read the other posts before I wrote this to get an idea of what to write, and I have to say that I have never had a problem with anyone. The office staff and all the other staff are nice. I had one issue where I had a leak in the middle of the night, I paged the emergency on-call guy twice and no one called me back. Finally, I dug through the folder I got when I moved in and found another number for the maintence shed. For some odd reason, the maintence head was there at three in the morning and he came over and fixed my problem and then said he would figure out what happened to the guy who was supposed to be on call and didn't call me back until the next morning. But the leak still got fixed and so I was fine. The grounds are nice, it's a good location, close to the highway and Castleton and 96th street. I plan on living here until I get around to getting a house in a couple years. True, the buildings are a little older and things can break, but they fix them quickly and it's quiet and nice and I don't think I could do much better for teh price. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
