I lived in DeerBrook for a year and I just wanted to quickly comment that it really is a great place to live. Yes its a little old and definately not the most "contemporary" place to live, but nonetheless...its a really great place to live. The office staff, mainly Karen, are awesome! It was so refreshing to walk into the office with a question or to pay rent and for her to know my name. GREAT place to live.

But I do agree with an earlier post. There is a phsyco security guard... as soon as I read her post I knew who she was talking about. He is a real jerk, I know from experience as well. They need to get rid of him. Quite honestly, I dont even know if they've hired him, I think he just drives around harassing people. haha. what a tool
