I have lived at Deerbrook for about 2 years now I would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable housing with a lot of amenities for the price. It's not the newest place and could use some updates but you get a lot of space for the price and the carports are nice in the winter. I started living in a one bedroom which was great because it had a large solarium, washer/dryer and large walk in closet. My husband and I got married and outgrew the one bedroom and now live in the smaller of the two bedrooms wish also has a little of 1,000 square feet, washer/dryer, two walk-in closets and two bathrooms. The staff is nice and I feel safe in the area. The apt is close to shopping and within walking distance of Starbuck/Walgreen s.
