I have lived here for a year now and am only moving to be closer to my job downtown. You will not beat the price/location/ammenties combo here! With my one bedroom apartment, I get a solarium off of the living room, free covered parking and a full size washer/dryer. The apartment is large with a very big walk in closet. The only things that I missed from my old apartment were a balcony with extra storage and a microwave. The apartments are a bit older and could use some updates inside and out -they are in the process of repainting all of the carports and buildings - but overall - this is a perfect place to live for those wanting to be in the Fishers area (if you can stand all the traffic!)
