Not the worth the price

The apartments are okay, however the buildings and grounds are clearly showing their age. The appliances are cheap. They have increased rent EVERY year: after first year, it went up $20 a month; the next year $30 a month; the next year $35 a month. The walks and parking area are frequently snow covered or icy in the the winter. When maintenance is requested, they do cursory repairs or offer flimsy excuses for not doing full repairs. Carports and siding (anything wood) shows obvious signs of rot and decay; balconies are falling apart. Some apartments have mold in the HVAC ducts. AC runs continuously in 80 temps and does not cool adequately; using the oven is awful in the summer because of excess heat. All appliances are noisy. Assigned carport spots are not conveniently located near apartments. There are always several empty apartments and a lot of turnover. Breezeway lighting is always mostly out.
