All I have to say is call, call , and call again. The maintenance men do not show up. The front desk syays they will make it happen! NO! They are still not here' The hot water frooze pipes frooze this year 9 times and 6 the year before. This year I had our newborns. When I called emergency maintenance, they responded with the story of "it's not an emergency", and the earliest they can be out is 9 or 10 the next morning. With 2 newborns when it is 15 degrees outside, how is it not an easy fix for them to come by and take 15 minutes out of their JOB to help a paying customer. After all they do recieve on call pay, right'

I've never had problems with the maintenance- they come same day each time.
