Great apartment complex

You will not find a apartment complex that is perfect. I did a very detailed search for my first apartment and you find everything and nothing out there.
Deerbook Apartments were the only apartment complex that offers a FREE carport with every apartment and FREE utilities (trash, water, sewage). In this day and age, you don't find that very often. It is very well lit at night. It is an older complex but if you look at the good things they offer, you tend to overlook anything you don't like.
