I have been searching for an apartment and not familiar with the "North Side" at all. The ladies in the office are VERY friendly. I will tell you this, I would suggest you to stop in and give them a try. They are priced right and include a TON of stuff in the rent... for example, car ports, water, sewer, and trash... They have a lot to keep you busy. If I were not looking for something a little farther south to stay closer to my family, I would have DEF rented from them just becuase of the office staff. The apartments have character and look as though they have been taken care of for the age of which they are... Thank you to the office staff for being so nice and patient! This community will be around much longer than MANY other communities simply for the way that they treat you! :)
