3 years ago this place was good to go! Now, not so much. I have noticed in the past 5 months it is becoming the hood. Sure it the cheapest place in Fishers for the square feet. The windows are all very old and drafty (high bills in both seasons). Their is dog poop all over the grass by the mailboxes, some residents I see with bags, congrats to them, but others once again not so much. The staff is friendly but not the most effective when it comes to items needing attention when you place a call. If it is not an emergency then plan on waiting a month, there must be so much stuff to keep the staff busy, my hypothesis. Actually they must have laid off the staff, because all I ever see is the old guy on the golf cart these days. That explains it.
The Guy that looks like Bone Thugs and Harmony, drives a green jeep grand cherokee with the IU plate, I hope he reads this. Turn your subs off and buy a muffler. I wish the Fat Cop Guy, whatever he is, would stop harassing others in the complex and give a worthless noise ordinance ticket out.
I am rating this place a No unless you are planning only on a very short stay. The raft is moving in, an unfortunately a drive into this place every once and awhile will not show you this picture each time.
Here is the Bass and rap music again, and the muffler. It's funny I feel like I am just around the corner from my office downtown sometimes. I get to experience work at work and work at home too, how sweet it is.
Nice playground acros the street Eller park is cool.
Befre you move in, look for the jeep It is across from the apartment they will show you if you ask for a tour, the North side of Fallingbrook Dr. Say hi to the pimping dude for me, and then ask the very nice people at the office about this post.
Getting ready to pull out of your apartment and getting a seatbelt ticket is always great too! Gee I just loved that. Should have put the seat belt on but I was trying to grab my childs bottle in the back seat whilecar was rolling below 3 miles an hour.
See ya DB, you were great for me, but I fit in with the more professional crowd and unfortunatley I have been watching them move out for the last 11 months.
Staff keep up the good work, you are all very noce, and I am very appreciative for that.

I'm definitely not renewing my lease. I haven't had problems with noise, but the high bills due to the poor insulation and drafty (and leaky) windows made my mind up. Oh, and my neighbors store EVERYTHING outside of their apartment- looks REALLY nice, believe me...

I agree about the drafty windows. Even using plastic shrink wrapping didn't help. When it's windy, the curtains in the living room move around, even though the window is closed! As for the other aspects, I haven't had any of these problems.
