I haved lived here for over 5 years and found everything to be well above average. Kristie and Lisa do a great job in listening to issues and getting resolutions. The apartments are drafty, but Kristie had plexiglass installed over my unused fireplace and I saw an improvement immediately. The price is really good, the location is good, carport is included, trash, sewer and water are included and washer and dryer. If you have issues with your neighbors and being nice doesn't help, then report it. Write things down and let the staff know, so they can have a chance to fix it. I live in a one bedroom, and am lucky since my neighbors seem to all be decent and I haven't had any issues. I like the fact the police live here, try and talk to them, you never know when you need a cop in a hurry. I do feel a monthly newsletter would be fun, but the staff always leave messages on our doorknob when needed and also give out useful and fun holiday gifts. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone looking around in the area. Sure, some of the appliances are out dated, but if they break, they are either fixed or replaced. If you treat the staff with respect, then they will treat you with respect in return.
