As referenced in a few of the other reviews, the "look of the apartments from afar is very intriguing.

All it takes is a few days of living there to realize the outside is very deceiving.

I have lived in 8 complexes in my adult life and this is by far the poorest built apartment I have ever lived in.

The noise level is incredible.

The smaller bedrooms/closets and bathrooms appear to have NO INSULATION.

We have to keep the doors to these rooms closed just to get the apartment temperature to rise above 68 degrees.

Our electric bill for the months of Nov/Dec was $125.00 (the weather was pretty decent during that time).

I have another bill due next week and am afraid to look at it.

The craftsmanship in this place is the worst I have seen.

DON"T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE LACK OF PARKING!!!

My lease is up in March, I am counting the days!
