Management underling staff is incredibly rude, reoccuring water leaks upstairs plumbing, maintenance does a sloppy repair job, building structure-don't get me started!

I cannot wait until the lease ends.
From day one the office staff has been unhelpful, rude, apathetic to the needs of residents and completely lacking in any common sense.
Noise levels from neighbors is unbearable.
The trash service does not run often enough.
Every Sunday evening, the trash compactor area is over run with trash literally spilling out onto the side walk and street.
I am half expecting that rats will now become a common house hold pet!
