I've lived at Lantern Woods for only a short time but so far I'm pretty satisfied. The office staff has treated me well. The move-in specials are good. My apartment is beautiful and roomy! My only complaint is the complex was poorly built. I can hear every move my upstairs and next door neighbors make and they really aren't that noisey, but the walls are paper thin and it sounds like there's little insulation. Also the trash compactor never seems to work. Obviously there's nothing management can do about the poor workmanship, so if you can live with bumps day and night, sign a lease. If not, look elsewhere and may I suggest an older complex where you might find better workmanship.
