the sad thing is that what everyone has said on this site is true. the insulation sucks, my electric bill has been $80 every month and that is cheap and i live in an 800 sq. foot apt. in the winter it is freezing in the closets just like they said. the only thing i didn't see on here is that the cable company kinda sucks too, the cable goes out when there is the smallest storm.

i can't really complain too much about maintenance. my water heater had a leak late on a saturday night pretty late and they did come out to fix it right away but that was probably only b/c it was causing my power to short out. although it was fixed incorrectly and had to be repaired again.

i spent some time at the pool and heard that last year the hot tub was out of commission half the summer. this year, the 2nd pool has yet to be opened and it's almost the middle of july. due to the 2nd pool not being opened yet, i have been at the main pool and have seen people laying on the ground b/c they refuse to bring chairs over from the other pool. and half the time, the cardio equipment in the gym doesn't work.

the girls in the office are horrible to people, i don't know why anyone would want to live here. they are very pretty apartments but it's all for appearance only.

what the person said about the trash compactor is true. there isn't much parking. the sound you can hear from the apts. below is unbelievable but from what i read on here, it wouldn't even be worth complaining about.

the move in specials are good but my rent went up on a certain month and no one in the office even notified me until the next month that my rent had gone up the previous month and then i owed late charges for not knowing that my rent had gone up and the only reason i found this out was because i called to inquire about it, i was just a month off.
