Let's see, where do I start?

Let's start with the management. I have never seen such poor service. Several times we called for maintenance and guess what, no help or return phone call. They even deactivated our amenity keys and would not reactivate them. One of our friends even called about moving in, and they never returned his phone call. In a few words about the staff, unfriendly, unintelligent, and APATHETIC. Must be nice to get a paycheck every week for such poor work. Oh, the one thing they do get right. They make sure the rent check gets to their bank account in time.

Next on the list, the amenities (or the lack of). First, when we moved in, we were told high speed internet was available. Upon attempting to install it three times we were told by the internet company we were too far out of range. Guess what, if you want high speed internet, you cannot get it here. Why? The ever so smart management signed up with a small cable company (that sucks as well) and offers on internet service. As for the rest of the place, the work out room always has broken machines (a perfect place to live if you don't go to the gym). The car wash area always has at least one high pressure sprayer broken. As of November 2003 make that both of them. They claim to have two pools on sight, but I noticed one of them was closed for most of last summer. If you like the scene of overflowing trash, this can be seen after every weekend, because the trash area is not maintained by maintenance (did I mention they suck as well).

If you are an outdoor person then you will love this place. The wind blows right through the windows and does wonders for your heating bill.

If you like music, then this is the place for you. You can listen to your neighbor's music whenever they have the volume at a reasonable level.

So, to sum it all up. If you like to pay a lot of money for a great place to live, then this is not the place. If you would like more information, take a drive in to this place and notice all the empty apartments. I guess management does not have a clue that this may mean something. Good luck looking for a place, hopefully you will not make the mistake of the current residents who are excited for their leases to expire.

PS: I hope someone from management reads this. If you need me to summarize all this, hire a new staff that cares and get a freakin clue!!!!
