A waste of money!

They charge a lot of money for nothing special! The walls are thin, & insulation is bad & you can hear neighbors above, below & beside you!!
The upkeep in the grounds is poor as there's a lot of dog crap right at the entrance to apartments & nobody seems to be bothered to get it cleaned. People set their trash outside their door for days at a time. The stairwells are full of cobwebs & dust & hasn't been cleaned or swept in years!
Maintenance waits until the 10th day to come by & fix anything. They come within 24 hrs only if you tell them it's an emergency.
One of the office staff is very rude & indifferent in particular & doesn't give a hoot about your concerns or problems.
Lantern Woods even tried to rip us off our security deposit, stating that there was smoke smell in the apartment, when the fact is that both of us are non-smokers, & nobody who's come to visit us has ever smoked in the apartment.
The carpet was cheap & crappy & wasn't even shampooed when we moved in. It had lot of huge stains from pets, I assume, as we found pet food in there! And, there were numerous spiders all through the apartment.
I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I ever go back there!!
