Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
pretty to look at but not so pretty to live here. Walls are super thin with no insulation so be prepared for very high electricity bills ($250 in the winter months) and being able to hear the guy upstairs peeing. Was very convenient to my office but I quickly found out location is not everything!
